The Centreon customer base has reached 1,100, including 61 new customers (30% international). The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is 45.

Paris, september 24, 2024Centreon, the leading partner in digital performance monitoring, announces its financial results for the first half of 2024.

The demand for Centreon’s modern monitoring platforms continued to rise significantly in the first half of 2024. During this period, there was a marked increase in monitoring projects related to the convergence of IT and OT (Operational Technologies), particularly in the energy and smart cities sectors, both in France and internationally.

Key performance highlights for the first half of 2024 include:

 

  • Total revenue growth of 21%.
  • 22% growth in ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) from software subscriptions.
  • 61 new customers, 30% international, including Louvre Museum, City of Geneva, Canada’s Department of cybersecurity and Goyard, bringing the total number of customers to 1,100.
  • 54% of new customers signed in collaboration with partners.
  • 13 new Centreon partners worldwide.
  • A significant increase in customer satisfaction, reflected in a NPS of 45 (Net Promoter Score).

Awards and Recognition

In the last six months, Centreon received five awards recognizing the excellence of its IT and OT monitoring solutions and its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR):

  • Growth Champions 2024: Recognizing cumulative growth of 56.5% between 2019 and 2022, Centreon makes the list for the fourth time.
  • Informaticien Awards 2024: Centreon won two awards in the categories of Observability and Network Monitoring.
  • OW2 Awards: Centreon was awarded the “Best Open Source Project of the Year” in the Technology category at the OW2con’24 conference.
  • Greenly Certificate: In recognition of its ongoing CSR efforts, Centreon improved its carbon footprint and earned a Silver certification from Greenly, up from Bronze last year.

Accelerated Partner Strategy

This quarter also marked significant developments in Centreon’s partner program, Centreon’ON—with the expansion of the program to MSPs and the availability of Centreon on the AWS Marketplace.

  • 17 co-organized events with partners in the last six months (across 8 countries and 3 continents).
  • 13 new partners added to the Centreon ON program, bringing the total number of partners to 90.
  • 47% of all transactions completed with partners.
  • Launch of a dedicated partner program for MSPs (Managed Service Providers).
  • The Centreon’s platform is now available on the AWS Marketplace, and Centreon is a member of the AWS ISV Accelerate program.
  • 100% partner retention compared to 2023;
  • Organization of the Centreon Partner Forums for French and International partners: two days of networking with members of the Centreon ON program.

Strong Commitment to Open Source

Centreon continues to lead the European open source community by deepening its engagement with the open source ecosystem:

  • Publication of Centreon’s Open Source Manifesto.
  • Appointment of Vincent Untz, Centreon’s CTO, to the board of the OW2 open source consortium.
  • Hosting numerous community events like Centreon Connect in Paris and regional locations.
  • Creation of Centreon Labs, dedicated to community-driven innovation.

Prestigious New Customers

Centreon added 61 new customers in the first half of 2024, with significant deployments in the public sector internationally and IT-OT convergence projects, including:

  • Louvre Museum: IT modernization and rationalization of monitoring tools with Centreon.
  • Lactalis (1st worldwide dairy group): Rationalization of IT infrastructure and SD-WAN network monitoring with Centreon.
  • Goyard (Luxury leather goods and luggage): Rationalization of monitoring, overseeing all IT and OT resources for its global network of stores.
  • City of Geneva (Switzerland): Monitoring of city networks and VMs, along with the public utility services for water, electricity, gas, and district heating.
  • Collins Aerospace (USA): Monitoring of production plants for aerospace and defense components.
  • Canada’s Department of Cybersecurity: Replacement of multiple open-source monitoring tools with Centreon.
  • Leipzig Stadium (Germany): Monitoring IT and OT infrastructures of Red Bull Arena, one of Germany’s largest stadiums, with 47,000 seats.
